POSITION SUMMARY:
QX Logistix is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative. This role will be responsible for ensuring top notch customer service to all our clients!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves as a liaison between 3PL and Client entities
  • Producing and distribution of department reports to various groups/stakeholders within the Supply Chain network
  • Provide status of Shipments to various business units within Client
  • In depth understanding of logistics industry standards and best practices
  • Exercise judgement within defined practices and policies in selection of methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Actively support team projects and effectively communicate with team members
  • Pay airline fees and keep record using excel
  • Advance Excel knowledge (Data analysis-pivot tables-charts-v-lookups) Update all excel sheets in relation to customer needs
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database
  • Provide constant status updates to customers on all freight movements
  • Participate is performance measurements and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty
  • Create driver schedule for all shifts
  • Provide a daily review of workforce performance plan,
  • Maximize workforce and equipment utilization
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of Customer Service, Logistics Experience, preferably in the trucking or transportation industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and excel
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Flexibility to work weekends, as needed
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and industry practices
