Are you our next Sales Manager?
This role will be a blend of field and office-based tasks.
What you will do:
- Drive national growth by achieving annual sales and distribution targets.
- Develop strong relationships with national distribution partners, as well as export markets, with a focus on building our businesses together.
- Act as key account manager for our brand with all the major retailers in Ireland.
- Act as the main point of contact for all trade-related queries.
- Develop a sales pipeline and track the progress using CRM tools.
- Work closely with our brewing and marketing team to execute new beer launches and brand initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders across all business units.
- Create detailed monthly sales reports for all the key stakeholders in the business.
- Be responsible for annual planning, sales growth strategies, implementing pricing, developing & managing promotional campaigns.
- Perform staff training, customer tastings and participate in festivals and industry events.
- Be a positive ambassador for our brewery.
What you will bring:
- Three years field-based selling experience, ideally with branded beverage products.
- Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to build and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans to achieve targets.
- Demonstrable high levels of initiative-taking and a proven track record of self-starting.
- Superb negotiation and selling skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, matched with presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High levels of proficiency in MS Office suite and Google office suite.
- Experience with margins required, matched by a strong ability to deliver under pressure.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness of execution is an absolute must.
- A thorough understanding of the logistics process is required, in addition to a full clean drivers license.
- And finally… a thirst, appreciation and love of really good beer!
