This position is to support Retail Team of the Beauty division on daily sales and logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc projects assigned by the Head of Sales and Department Manager.
Duties:
- prepare daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc sales reports
- handle replenishment order for retail stores
- closely communicate with frontline staff on inventory, POS, promotions, rostering, commission calculation, store maintenance
- work with different internal departments to ensure a smooth operation in retail stores
- assist in the openings of new stores and the organisation of brand events
- regular store visit to ensure a good condition of store and connect with frontline staff
REQUIREMENT:
- Form 5 or above;
- Providing dedicated and proactive support to our retail team
- At least 1 year in the sales administration and logistic field, handling daily stock operations, order processing, store maintenance, rostering and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Eager to communicate with frontline staff and regular store visit is needed
- Good command of English and Chinese, with good interpersonal skills
- Pro-active, hardworking, self-motivated, able to work independently
