We currently have an opportunity on our team for a Senior Test Automation Engineer at our headquarters in Wilmington, DE to deliver Quality Assurance services for CSC internal and external applications & products. The team is primarily responsible for the enhancement and maintenance of the Matter Management system, an application that allows our clients to manage Service of Process documents served to them by the court system. This includes all of the collaboration and document management that those matters require between attorneys and their cli! ents.
Position Summary
The Senior Test Automation! Engineer is a member of an Agile Development team with the primary focus to design, implement and maintain the test automation and tools, writing and executing test scripts. Senior QA team members are expected to provide technical, product and process guidance to other QA team members. The Senior QA Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the test automation and tools, writing and executing test scripts.
Primary Duties and Functions
Provides leadership with the design, development, implementation and maintenance of automated infrastructure (scripts, functions, programs, processes) to increase the efficiency of testing processes.
Provides the technical leadership in the definition, development and maintenance of the testing environments.
Provides technical leadership in the test techniques, tools and coverage of functional and non-functional requirements in order to maximize operations efficiency.
Interactively participat! e in release meetings (release planning, sprint kick off, sprint review, retrospectives and daily scrum meetings).
Provides technical advice and solutions to solve problems and improve efficiency especially Responsible for following quality assurance, software testing, and automation methodologies, processes, best practices and techniques adopted by CSC.
Works effectively within team, including off-shore partners and across inter-dependent teams on defined deliverables.
Demonstrates agility, ability to foster and engage in healthy conflict, mentorship, ability to remove obstacles, and creates clarity from ambiguity.
