HRIS ANALYST

The Judge group is currently seeking a qualified candidate with Human Resources Information Systems experience for a premier Healthcare client in the Wilmington area.
Jod Duties:
Daily evaluation and data entry of key associate information from primary source documents . First point of contact for telephone support calls and email communication to assist associates/managers with level one type issues through to resolution. Provide daily guidance and suppor to associates with the HRIS including: Employee self-serve (ESS), manager self-serve (MSS), password resets, etc. Produce existing bi-weekly reporting and delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2-3 years experience in HR providing HRIS support Advanace skills in report writing in a transaction system (ADP, PeopleSoft, etc.) required Data analysis, production and delivery of ad-hoc reports Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook Healthcare Insurance environment preferred
