As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of staff, ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts, and assisting in maintaining a smoothly operating facility. You'll be a key player in our dedicated team, helping us continue to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Communicate with staff to address scheduling conflicts and changes.
  • Assist in managing time-off requests and coordinating replacements as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff schedules and attendance.
  • Address and resolve scheduling issues in a timely and effective manner.
