**Position Overview:**
As a Remote Sales Representative specializing in Service Titan CRM, you will play a crucial role in managing and converting incoming calls into booked appointments for our cleaning services. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your expertise in Service Titan CRM to efficiently handle leads, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Handle Inbound Calls:**
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their cleaning needs and to get the customer EXCITED for their appointment.
2. **Utilize Service Titan CRM:**
- Leverage your expertise in Service Titan CRM to manage and organize customer information.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and appointments.
3. **Appointment Booking:**
- Effectively communicate the value of our cleaning services to potential customers.
- Use persuasive sales techniques to book appointments for our cleaning professionals.
**Qualifications:**
1. **Previous Sales Experience:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the service industry.
2. **Service Titan CRM Proficiency:**
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Service Titan CRM.
3. **Excellent Communication Skills:**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of our cleaning services.
4. **Customer-Centric Approach:**
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
5. **Self-Motivated:**
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
6. **Ability to Work From Home**
