RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading and participating in QA activities, emphasizing a balance between hands-on testing and management.
- Implementing and streamlining testing processes, with a clear focus on automation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Mentoring team members in career development and technical skills, fostering a positive team environment.
- Shaping the QA strategy, aligning with company goals and managing the QA budget.
- Resolving conflicts related to roadmap alignment and interpersonal team issues.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous QA management experience.
- Hands-on experience in quality assurance, preferably from a QA engineering background.
