About Us
C & J Lift Truck is a family owned and operated business located in South Gate, CA. We are a full-service forklift sales, rental, parts, and service shop that specializes in repairs to all makes and models of forklift needs. Our employees enjoy a close-knit supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of forklift parts, ordering forklift parts, managing the inventory of all associated forklift materials for parts department.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service or forklift parts ordering/inventory role required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities:
- Ordering parts and supplies from vendors, as needed.
- Tracking and managing inventory, as needed.
- Inventory management by using our system of tracking forklift parts and supplies.
- Managing parts inventory by ordering, receiving, verifying, and organizing parts for installation.
- Inventory management by using our system of tracking parts and supplies.
- Ordering, receiving, shipping, receiving, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining parts for vehicles on the shop floor.
- Maintaining a clean work environment by following company guidelines and policies.
- Assisting forklift technicians with parts for repairs when necessary.
- Assisting clients with parts orders at the counter.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
