The Vehicle Insurance Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of vehicle insurance for an organization. They will ensure that all vehicles within the organization's fleet are properly insured and that insurance policies are up to date. The coordinator will work closely with insurance providers, internal departments, and vehicle owners to ensure compliance with insurance requirements and provide support in case of insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Vehicle Insurance Policies:

· Coordinate the procurement and renewal of insurance policies for the organization's vehicles.

· Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, including policy details, coverage, and renewal dates.

· Ensure timely payments of insurance premiums and handle any billing discrepancies.

2. Claims Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for vehicle insurance claims.
  • Assist vehicle owners and relevant departments in filing insurance claims accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate with insurance providers to gather necessary documentation and information for claim processing.
  • Follow up on claims to ensure timely resolution and communicate updates to stakeholders.

3. Record Keeping and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive records of insurance policies, claims, and related documentation.
  • Generate regular reports on insurance coverage, claims status, and any relevant metrics.
  • Analyze insurance data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Insurance, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in insurance coordination, preferably with a focus on vehicle insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, terms, and conditions, as well as relevant regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and processing insurance documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, insurance providers, and vehicle owners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate insurance data and identify insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
