Office Assistant [United States]


 

Office Assistant Job Description: 15 to 20 hours a week (flexible schedule and virtual)

Duties:
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing and organizing documents
- Manage and organize files, both physical and digital
- Provide customer support by answering questions and resolving issues/concerns
- Coordinate project details and assist with project management tasks
- Transcribe meeting notes and related important information
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with personal tasks as needed

Experience:
- Proficient in Google Suite, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
