Disabled Veteran Solutions is looking for experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives to support government-based contracts in Security, Health and Human Services, and State benefits.
Disabled Veterans Solutions (DVS) is a nationally recognized provider of business and customer relationships, management services, specializing in full-service contact center solutions as well as consulting services.
At DVS, we pride ourselves in our excellent communication skills and are motivated to provide exceptional customer service. With this position, representatives will provide customer service by scheduling appointments and working to resolve customer concerns for callers requiring background checks.

Requirements
- Ability to work remotely, including reliable, high-speed Internet and the ability to troubleshoot common computer issues is required
- Minimum of High School diploma required, additional education preferred
- Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check
- Clear and concise verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with callers
- Must be available between the hours of 8am and 8pm EST, with weekend availability preferred
