Epiq is looking for an experienced attorney or contract specialist with NDA redlining and negotiating expertise for our technology focused investment banking client.
It would be a remote position that would take about 4-7 hours per day. The work is expected to last a few weeks but could be longer. The volume of work each day is a little unpredictable but the volume is expected to be high in the beginning as the candidate will need to turn around redlined NDAs at a consistent pace and track their progress for daily reporting to the client.
Pay Range: $32 - $38
Requirements:
Previous experience with drafting and negotiating Non-disclosure agreements for the banking industry. Detail oriented, Ideally someone who is reachable during the workday, Eastern time as the client is located in NY. Someone able to hit the ground running.
