Detailed specification about this career opportunity please read the description below. Our client, a prominent law firm in Wilmington, DE is seeking a litigation associate on a temp to perm basis. Qualified candidate will have at least 7-10 years experience working on complex ! litigation involving False Claims Act or related corporate or securities fraud actions. Large law firm and JD from a top law school are required as is a strong writing sample. Bar Admission â€" Any State. This is an excellent opportunity to work on interesting and challenging matters with a well respected team of lawyers. Our client is seeking experienced and well qualified Associate candidates who are professional, talented and have a strong work ethic.
Required Experience
- 7-10 years experience working on complex litigation involving False Claims Act or related corporate or securities fraud actions.
- Active bar admission (any State)
- Top credentials including JD from a top law school as well as prior associate experience at a large firm
- Strong research and writing skills, writing sample will be required
- Start Date: within next few weeks
- Duration: looking to transition ! into perm within 2-3 months
- Schedule: 40-50 hours a w! eek
- Pay Rate: hourly market rate
- Location-Wilmington, DE
