The scope and breadth of the transformation project requires Project Managers capable of cross-functional influence and facilitation to work with the relevant process area in supporti! ng successful delivery of the project initiatives. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of both the strategic project initiatives and the wider change projects under the direction of the relevant Regional Process Lead. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and deliver the project delivery work streams using effective project & change management techniques and disciplines. Plan, lead and co-ordinate business resource from a matrix organisation to deliver a project. This will include project and delivery experts provided by product suppliers, IS and outsourced service providers. Formulate with the overall programme leadership, customers and relevant stakeholders, the project strategy that best balances the needs of the project with resource and risk considerations. Work formally and informally in partnership with the Regional Lead and other Stakeholders to ensure success of the Project. Review progress, costs and risks to ensure that timeli! nes and other deliverables are met, and initiate and implement! corrective action in the event of any identified deviation from plan. Deliver excellent stakeholder management by using formal methodology and implementing stakeholder plans to ensure buy-in at all times. Define, agree and implement the project and change plans, including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities and appropriate quality. For process transition or process transformation define and implement the right method of delivery to objectives (lift-shift, lift-transform-shift etc). Manage the coordination of all project work streams through the provision of a client appropriate project management framework and the fostering of team working. Own and lead resource management to ensure the right skills are available for effective delivery including project resource within the customer organizations. Support the Region Process & Region Pearl lead to establish relationships with key stakeholders across regions and SET areas to ensure understanding and commitme! nt to the project objectives. Monitor, analyse and mitigate risks to project and change success. Ensure steering group are always informed of risk and push to obtain advice and clarity. Own, develop and manage benefits delivery monitoring versus the business case. Manage relationships with key customer base, principally the client Commercial Manage cross-functional project team relationships in the delivery of project objectives Work with operations teams to support improvement in processes driving improved performance as measured Work with Compliance team members including SOX, Internal and external auditors REQUIREMENTS:

Degree or equivalent professional qualification Extensive process/organizational transformation experience Significant work experience in Finance related activities Energetic and self motivated Strong written and verbal communication skills Oral and written fluency in Business English Ability to use a range of influencing techniques Good knowledg! e of ERP environments Significant experience of global technology imple! mentations (Ariba, ERP, T&E) Proven experience of change management Demonstrated success working in a team environment Demonstrated success building cross-functional global networks and stakeholder management Strong numerical and analytical skills Experience of implementing significant business change across different international and business boundaries
