Delaware office of leading financial services firm has an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned attorney to manage a variety of technology-related agreements, including software licensing, outsourci! ng and hardware acquisition. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of strong tech transactional experience, including training in a quality law firm environment. Experience in financial services is strongly preferred. The ability to both work autonomously and to communicate effectively with a range of legal and business side professionals, including senior management, is of critical importance.
