This job will have the following responsibilities:
This is an Architecture position responsible for developing and managing an aligned ap! plication and information architecture strategy for a specific business function that may be local, regional, or global. This role will be responsible for ensuring that this strategy can meet the business function objectives established by the account team. The successful incumbent will lead the development, implementation, and management of an Architecture Strategy covering capabilities that are relevant to their business function. The incumbent will work directly with US IS Client Engagement, Solution Delivery, and business teams to influence to ensure that application, technical, and information strategies are aligned to the strategic objective of the business in a effective and sustainable manner. Major Responsibilities Architect is accountable for functional technical strategy through implementation Create Strategy, Business Benefits, Blueprints, Roadmap, Design Patterns, Best Practices, SLAas, Support procedures. Translate and Communicate strategy and technology solut! ions into business outcome/value. Strong data integration and ! analytics experience Capability in Digital Sales Force automation CRM data integration Demonstrative experience within Informatics, Oracle, and ETL change data capture Proactively identify ways for IS to gain business leader commitment to IS initiatives, using specialist knowledge to market established, changed or new IS services, thought leadership, and business acumen. Influence IS and Business support, funding, and implementation; Account Teams, US Business, and vendors Communicate high level technical data integration results to business areas outside IT in a clear and concise manner. Translate implementation and utilization of strategy/technology into business outcomes and value for US Business and IS community. Accountable for the oversight and successful execution of architecture with in local, regional, and global programs/projects. Key Technical Requirements: Infomatica - ELR, ETL, CDC, Data Quality Service Oriented Architecture o Enterprise Service Business (ESB) ! o Business Process Executive Language (BPEL) o Business Rules Engine (BRE) o Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) o WSDL, XML, XSD Cloud Intelligence o Veeva o Salesforce o Oracle or Demand Transformation and Enrichment a Design and develop composite, Business and Data Services Real Time, Near time, Publish, Subscribe, Batch experience Required DataPower a XML Security Appliance API, Enterprise and Mash up, .NET, JAVA, SQL. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Minimum 10 years cumulative experience in architecture and supporting methodologies, with at least 5 years in the domain(s) of focus Working knowledge of necessary business operating model components to support architecture implementation and adoption. Minimum 10 years experience supporting service functions with a global organization. Strong analysis, conceptual thinking and modeling capabilities. Strong relationship management, strategic influencing, and communication skills. Delivery focused and ! creative in finding ways of delivering across complex dependency maps. ! Ability and desire to work cross functionally and see this as a great opportunity. Ability to work independently across the global organization while overseeing the work of others.
