Kelly Law Registry is searching for a trademark attorney with specific experience handling anti-counterfeiting issues. Our client utilizes outside counsel to litigate these types o! f cases and much of the litigation is international. The candidate in this role will work with internal attorneys and outside counsel to develop best practices, optimize organization and collection of data, and develop systems to optimize cycle time of execution of case handling in support of global anti-counterfeiting efforts. This candidate will also provide on-going legal support to an existing risk management program.
Qualified candidates will be actively licensed and have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a trademark attorney in a law firm or corporate legal department. Candidate must have significant anti-counterfeiting experience and expertise.
