Hire Counsel is currently seeking former litigation associates with strong research and writing skills for a long term project with one of our clients, a securities class action firm in Wilmington, DE. On this project, former litigation associates will assist a partner in a complex securities class action matter by drafting memo of law, briefs and other court filings. Qualified candidates will have at least 3-4 years of litigation experience as an associate from a big firm. Writing sample will be required. This is an excellent opportunity to work on interesting and challenging matters with a well respected team of lawyers. Our client is seeking experienced and well qualified Attorney candidates who are professional, talented and have a strong work ethic.
Required Experience
- Active bar admission (any State)
- Minimum 3-4 years of big firm litigation experience
- Strong research and writing skills, writing sample will be required
- Securities litigation experience preferred
- Start Date: within 2 weeks
- Duration: 6 months or longer
- Schedule: 40 hours a week
- Pay Rate: hourly market rate
- Location-Wilmington, DE
