Delaware law firm seeks an Associate with two (2) to four (4) years of experience to join our Bankruptcy division.
Responsibilities
- Complex in and out-of-court corporate restructurings.
- State and federal inso lvency proceedings and high stakes bankruptcy litigation
Skills
- Four (4) to seven (7) years of prior Real Estate experience.
- NY Bar admission is required.
