Wealth Management Senior Trust Administrator III The candidate assists with the termination and final distribution of a variety of types of accounts, including trust and estate accounts. Administers probate estates and trusts following the death of an existing client, or upon the appointment of company as a personal representative of a probate estate. Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and procedures applicable to the administration of a probate estate or a trust follow! ing the death of the beneficiary or decedent. Assists with fin! al distribution of assets and final termination of accounts. Assists team members and other partners with the management of relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and their families. Communicates directly with clients, Partners and Centers of Influence as well as external resources, such as accountants, attorneys, and other professionals, who are involved in the accounts as part of day to day administration. When appropriate, partners with other WMG professionals to develop additional business and to retain existing business.
The candidate should preferably have B.A./B.S. degree in business. Graduate degree like MBA or J.D. preferred. CTFA, CFP, CPA or similar industry designation desired. Must have 5+ years of financial, trust, or legal industry experience and equivalent education. Established knowledge of trust, fiduciary law, and federal regulations needed. Relationship management experience desired. Experience working as a paralegal, attorney or trust admin! istrator strongly preferred. Specific experience with the administration of trusts or estates desired. Experience working in either estate planning, probate administration, or the administration of trusts preferred.
