We have a series 5 questio! ns related to what our risks our for liability to be sued by our future clients. This in order to determine to seek liability insurance in The Netherlands or inside the USA. We also need two simple liability agreements checked. We deliver a 16 day training program in the empowerment, alternative psychology, and coaching field.
Participants are from the USA and around the world. We are registered in the Netherlands as a company, and the owner is a citizen of the Netherlands. There are american consultants working with the company. We deliver our services in the state of Florida as well as California.
Requirement: We need someone licensed to practice law and having passed the bar in Florida and/or the state of California. Other applicants will not be considered. Preferred: In the event we do require liability insurance inside the USA, it would be helpful if the lawyer could give us directions as to where to set that up as a foreign business.
