Kelly Services is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney! This person will be in-house counsel for a well known, top construction and property manag! ement company in Delaware! This is a direct hire opening!
The in-house counsel will be responsible for a variety of real estate services, focusing mostly on property settlements for new homes and lots, working with lenders on land and other loans and facilitating land acquisition deals. Other issues will include, but may not be limited to, advising on property management issues regarding leases, evictions, etc. and counsel-s advice may be sought regarding litigation on certain issues.
Qualified candidates will have between five and ten years of experience in a similar role, and will be licensed to practice law in Delaware.
