Works as a liaison among project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to busin! ess processes involving technology. Collaborates with project teams, Technology and Business areas to define project requirements. Produces requirements that are clear in the most straightforward and efficient way possible, using diagrams and pictures as much as possible. Decomposes and refines requirements into project features and produce detailed feature requirements. Actively works with people across the organization to foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere Rapidly builds a solid foundation of business and technical domain knowledge to become a subject matter expert.

Expected Impact
Decisions and actions influence people internally, partners and vendors. Downstream effects influence success of the organization. Has impact on quality, supportability and timeliness of the delivery of technical solution.

Decision Making
Decisions are tactical in nature and impact the success of the project.

Customer Contact
Works with interna! l and external customers.

Education and Experience Either - Bacheloras degree with 6+ years project experience working with requirements for medium and large scale projects with delivery date driven initiatives. Or- Equivalent overall experience gained through 6+ yearas project work experience. Proven ability to ask the right questions to elicit the businessa needs, and document thoroughly. Capable of pushing back intelligently; Experience working on projects with complex problems and creating clean and simple solutions.

Technical Skills
Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Visio.

Other Skills
Strong oral and written communications skills; able to express thoughts and ideas clearly; Conscientious and detail oriented; Able to work in a fast-paced organization and meet deadlines; Strong prioritization and organizational skills; Results driven, with a commitment to continuous process improvement and quality; Problem solving abilities.
