Qualified candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience working as a paralegal in a real estate practice group within a law firm or as a real estate paralegal within a corporate law department. Specific title work and ALTA survey experience a major plus! Bachelors degree and paralegal certificate preferred, but may be waived in lieu of significant experience.
