The “Non-Bank Financial Institutions” team within Group Markets is responsible for the overall relationship management for Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Asset Managers and Sovereigns as well as for the group-wide coverage of the Securities Services product & relationship management for institutional clients. Securities services includes the whole value-chain such as e.g. securities settlements, corporate actions and depository bank services. In this respect we are looking for a relationship manager who will join our journey in building a business focused coverage of the institutional client space within our core region.
As part of Erste Group Markets you are at the heartbeat of the financial industry. In your new role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of asset management and insurance companies, Erste Group subsidiaries, as well as brokerage firms. Always striving to improve the satisfaction of your clients. You will be working with various teams in the bank to provide custody, securities and treasury services and state of the art products to our clients. You will be driving communication with stakeholders locally and in the countries to identify product related best practices across the group. Your support in the implementation of local and group wide projects (products & processes) will round up your overall intra-group responsibilities.

Your Tasks
- Relationship Management: overall client relationship management and business development, client requests and investigations, including client and product onboarding, negotiation of terms & conditions, client visits, coordinating product and client questionnaires, management and maintenance of credit limit applications for institutional clients
- Securities Services Product Management: analyzing new markets, products and technology opportunities, clarification and support for settlement / corporate actions / income processes, support of relevant projects, provide market information updates impacting securities services business to clients, creation of reports and statistics
Your Background
- More than 5 years of banking experience (corporate and/or institutional business)
- Experience in either relationship management, securities/treasury or client services
- Technical affinity and understanding of database structures
- Good proficiency of reporting tools like e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau
- Fluent in English and German
- Teamplayer

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.567,- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
