The role is for an experienced M365 Engineer, with expertise on M365 platform and its associated services. The individual should be solutioning the various areas involving PowerShell, MS Graph API scripting, licensing, provisioning automation with a good understanding of M365 RBAC models, Azure AD, M365 Groups, and in-depth understanding of Security & Compliance features. The role is part of a Global EY Microsoft 365 support team in a large, complex, and multinational environment.

You’ll be part of a M365 Engineering team focused on delivering latest Microsoft services or features for the collaboration experiences across EY. Your key responsibilities
M365 Platform related engineering work (mainly focused Microsoft Roadmaps, Provisioning lifecycle management, M365 license assignment, service delivery and management, incident/problem triage of managed services)- Administering Power Platform (any of the following: Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
- Working with other M365 service engineers (SPO, Teams, ODB, Exchange) and operations staff to test, implement and transition new services, or upgrades to existing core foundational services in the M365 space
- Support for the various existing services such as end user Mailbox provisioning, M365 identity integration, environment management, Azure AD Group Based licensing, Microsoft 365 Groups, Native Guest Access via Sensitivity Labels
- Provide input and recommendations on areas of service improvement both from a technical point of view, but also from a process perspective.
- Responsible for certain technical and non-technical deliverables within assigned projects and areas of responsibility, including collaboration with solution architects, engineers, operational staff, project managers and core service owners.
- Reporting and KPI statistics gathering to complement service ownership
Skills and attributes for success
Proficiency in PowerShell, MSGraph API scripting to automate the deployments, provisioning across of more than 400K accounts.- Understand AD vs Azure AD attribute management as it relates to M365 identities such as user objects, M365 Groups, Exchange shared mailboxes, License Management Azure AD attribute synchronization.
- Experience with integrating internal infrastructures and processes with M365 cloud environments, including various security controls, Audit requirement and RBAC models.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required- 7 years or more working in an IT Messaging or appropriate function
