Our client, a prestigious class action law firm in Wilmington, DE is currently seeking former litigation associates with strong research and writing skills for an immediate need. On this project, former litigation associates / attorneys will assist a partner in a complex anti-trust and securities m! atter by drafting memo of law, briefs, summary judgment motions and other court filings. Qualified candidates will have at least 4-8 years of federal litigation experience as an associate from a big firm. Writing sample required.
Required Experience :
Active bar admission (any State)
Minimum 4-8 years of large firm litigation experience
Complex Commercial Litigation experience
Strong research and writing skills, writing sample will be required
Project Details :
Start Date: within the month
Duration: 4 - 6 months, possibly longer
Schedule: 40 hours a week
Pay Rate: competitive hourly market rate
