Successful candidate will have significant experience representing creditors and creditors' committees in a broad range of creditor bankruptcy issues. Strong academics from a top tier law school and admission to the Delaware Bar are a must, as are outstanding research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills. Bankruptcy clerkship experience is a major plus.
