Description: Hire Counsel is presently looking of Temporary Litigation Associate â€" Wilmington, DE right now, this vacancy will be placed in Delaware. Our client, a boutique plaintiff securities class action law firm in Wilmington, DE is seeking a litigation associate for a 4-6 week project. Candidate will have strong research and writing skills, be able to handle discovery and other mid level associate tasks with little supervision. Experience with securities litigation, investor protection, corporate governance as well as a high level of comfort reviewing and analyzing financial information is needed to be successful in this position.
Bar Membership - Any US jurisd! iction, must be active and in good standing-
Availability beginning Monday, 12/3/2012 and not have vacation/travel plans during the duration of the project (Holidays and a day here or there will not be a problem)
Experience - strong research and writing skills, be able to handle discovery and other mid level associate tasks with little supervision. Experience with securities litigation, Investor protection, corporate governance as well as a high level of comfort reviewing and analyzing financial information is needed to be successful in this position.
Must be commutable or have a place to stay in Wilmington, DE.

Schedule - at least 40 hours per week, more as needed
Rate - $45.00 per hour
