We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Engineer at our headquarters in Wilmington, DE to deliver Quality Assurance services for CSC internal and external applications & products. The Quality Assurance Engineer will analyze functional specifications and other relevant artifacts necessary to design and execute tests to verify all project requirements by using automated functional/load testing tools to create and maintain scripts for test reuse and regression. The Quality Assurance Engineer will also execute manual and automated test scripts using test management software to verify project requ! irement fulfillment. In addition, the candidate will assist bu! siness units in execution and troubleshooting of automated tests and defining and executing acceptance testing processes. The Chargers team is primarily responsible for the enhancement and maintenance of the Matter Management system, an application that allows our clients to manage Service of Process documents served to them by the court system. This includes all of the collaboration and document management that those matters require between attorneys and their clients.
