The Director of Human Resources will provide key leadership and ! oversee day to day HR operations, including non-attorney recruiting, compliance, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. This person will partner with the firm's key operating directors to help the firm reach its goals and improve efficiencies through appropriate staffing strategies, training, recognition, and performance management programs. The Director of Human Resources will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and the Partnership's Executive Committee.
