IT Risk and Controls:
Oversight and governance of IT Risk across the firm including IT Risk posture, IT Risk assessment fram! ework, IT regulatory compliance and IT policies and standards.
Brand Protection:
Join the Brand Protector Team at JPMorgan Chase and you will have the opportunity to help protect our brand names. We will provide you with training on our online brand protector tool designed to enable you to find and stop online Brand Infringement. Learn the existing aspects of Search Engine Marketing including “uses†and “abuses†of domains. Learn the Legal and Governance structure of today’s Global Internet. You will have the opportunity to interface with legal counsel in triaging brand infringement cases. Gain an understanding of Legal Trademarks and the business impacts of brand erosion. You will learn how arbitration and litigation works relative to domain names. Assist with Facebook Chase Community Giving Program as well as Mobile Monitoring including Competitive Analysis on online usage trends. Assist in additional research and executing additional functio! ns within the CIG Risk group as required. Assist in the domain! management function as required. While at JPMorgan, learn how large products are managed through our project/system development life cycle, how we manage and control changes to our production environment and how we deliver world-class Web Applications to our clients and customers.
Domain Management:
is the process of administering domain registrations, overseeing delegation of a domain (transfers), managing domains’ renewal progression, and keeping track of domain's expiry date, and the billing of registration, renewal and transfer of a domain.
What Domain Managers do:
In charge of overall domain inventory and works closely with trademark, copyright and intellectual property attorneys on domains approvals including the Internet Brand Protection team and Line of Business partners
Manage internet domain registrations, renewals and transfers for all of JP Morgan Chase
Maintain an internal registration system called t! he Domain Management System and perform periodic quality assurance checks of domain inventory
Act as a primary liaison to JP Morgan Chase Lines of Business (
LOB
) for all administrative domain matters and work closely and effectively with Legal, Internet Brand Protection team and LOB partners on domain related matters
Develop and improve processes and procedures for effective and efficient domain management
Qualifications
