Tealeaf is a customer experience monitoring tool delivers powerful visibility into each customers unique online experience which enables an e Business to detect and diagnose hidden problems tha! t block customers from successfully completing online business processes. Seeking a candidate to assist in setup, as well as maintenance and enhancement of Tealeaf product suite Qualifications Excellent analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving skills Strong understanding of rich internet applications and system architecture Strong hands-on engineering, troubleshooting, communication and project management skills. Networking knowledge to support setup and configuration of HTTP/HTTPS traffic capture Responsibilities Administer Tealeaf customer behavior analysis software Identify and resolve customer issues within the websites Design and develop events, dashboards, and reports to derive actionable insights Train analysts on Tealeaf functionality and data interpretation Work with developers and business units to ensure capture of meaningful data for reporting/analysis Preferred Experience with Web analytic tools such as Adobe Insight, Site Catalyst, etc. Database and BI re! lated experience a plus.
