Analytical capability to review and assess acquisition opportunities, conduct due diligence and ! execute a transaction
Self-starter with strong analytical background and intellectual curiosity
Ability to generate business cases using 3rd party market research or internally generated research, along with developing well thought out assumptions
Ability to work with internal and external legal counsel and other advisers in structuring transactions
Identify and develop relationships with new industry partners that may lead to future M&A opportunities
Outstanding teamwork, oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to simplify complex concepts in clear and concise communications for ease of business comprehension
Able to build rapport and establish credibility
Qualifications:
2 - 5 years in technology related work experience consisting of either corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, business development, or corporate strategy
Technology industry experience or interest covering some o! f the following technology/product areas: mobility, connectivi! ty, cloud computing, video, content delivery, etc
The ideal candidate will have a technical or scientific background (Degree in EE or Computer Science preferred, but not an essential requirement) with a degree from a top undergraduate institution
Required experience: 2 - 5 years
Minimum required education: Bachelor's Degree
