Find interesting apartment listings on a websites 2. Send them an Intro E-Mail with my details and a request for an appointment (this will be based on a template I give you, but good personalization based on the listing-text is key.) 3.
Arrange a fitting appointment time with them and put it in my calender. (I suggest we share a google calender for this.) It would be a bonus if - you are German / understand German, - Are able to make phone calls (English or (German) with the people who rent the apartment out (and are good at convincing them to have a meeting with me.) - know a little about Berlin for orientation (don't worry I can easily teach you) - Are confident in your taste to understand what quality/style of apartment I am looking for, and can judge that by the pictures people uploaded on the website.
