DRAFT, NEGOTIATE, RE! VIEW AND FINALIZE TECHNOLOGY CONTRACTS, JOINT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT MATTERS, TECHNOLOGY LICENSES AND PATENT ACQUISITIONS/DIVESTITURES

ADVISE AND COUNSEL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT, RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AND OTHER EXECUTIVES AND MANAGERS.

MANAGE OUTSIDE COUNSEL AS NECESSARY

OCCASIONAL TRAVEL IS REQUIRED
YOU MUST BE TECHCHNOLOGY CONVERSANT WITH EXPOSURE TO TECHNOLOGY ACQUISITIONS, SOFTWARE LICENSING AND HAVE SOME GENERAL CORPORATE EXPERIENCE. WIRELESS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS.
