The Sr. Customer Service Representative handles more complex! escalated customer calls in order to resolve in the most satisfactory manner for all parties concerned. May respond to faxes and emails. Requires extensive knowledge of the organization, products and/or services. The representative will be responsible for servicing all products related to deceased customers. The Sr. Customer Service Rep will work in an inbound call center environment, speaking with attorneys, family members on the customer’s behalf to resolve account issues while displaying empathy to the customer. The representative will be responsible for documenting all collections on account, may close out customer account after payment.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Requires basic knowledge of the organization, products and/or services
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of the Inbound Call Center
Ability to adapt quickly to change
Proven ability to meet and exceed ! productivity and quality monitoring goals
Excellent P! C skills
Must be a team player
Ability to assist customers in a fast pace environment
Customer Service experience
Developed Excel and Word skills
