Qualified candidates must have significant preparation and prosecution experience within the field of Chemistry/Chemical Engineering. A minimum of 5 years experience working as an associate in the patent group of a law firm or in house at another corporation is required. Graduate level degree preferred, JD and active bar license with any US state and the USPTO required.
